The LBN TRAINING SYSTEM was developed by Kelli Jaco after more than a decade of being in the fitness industry. The goal is to bring a perfectly blended combination of exercise, nutrition, and group support.
The goal when writing these programs was to teach you how to have a positive relationship with food. We want to train your body how to use food correctly, and we do this by using a whole food approach – carbs, lean protein and veggies. Intermittent fasting is incorporated and helps to regulate insulin levels, decreases bad cholesterol and blood pressure and also helps to lose stubborn body fat.
